On Monday 25 March, the fourth Punto Casa Real Estate Café was held at the Auditorium Comunale in Rosignano Solvay.
The meeting covered several topics, among them the possibilities of access to creditby citizens and companies, especially by taking stock of the current market situation, therising interest rates and thus of the consequent difficulties in accessing mortgages for young couples, also in relation to the government’s abolition of benefits for the under 36s. Subsequently, an insurance company intervened in order to make people understand the importance of protecting assets, and therefore what insurance opportunities are connected with the opening of a mortgage credit, but also and above all connected with coverage against atmospheric events, which unfortunately are also increasingly characterising our territory.
The intention was to raise awareness of the need for protection of their property assets and to shed light on the current opportunities in the national banking landscape.
