The object of the renovation concerns a building for civilian housing. All three existing apartments will be renovated according to the attached drawings: Specifically, the following will be provided: New independent heating system (not underfloor) New electrical system. New plumbing for bathrooms and kitchens. New ceramic floors throughout the apartment. New ceramic wall tiles in bathrooms and kitchens. New interior doors. Replacement of deteriorated shutters and renovation of those in good condition. Maintenance of exterior windows. Any other work provided for in the project drawings and in any case to be agreed between the parties. PRICE FOR EACH APARTMENT: Apartment A. €.170,000.00. Apartment B €.190,000.00. Apartment C €.230,000.00. Expected delivery within one year (January-February 2025).
